Graduated with a Master's degree in Economical Sciences, I started working for a company specialized in Asset Management. I learned, amongst other things, that within a SME the operational factor is all-important. The company has been growing considerably and the management board allowed me to actively participate in the expansion process. This professional experience is at the root of my interest and passion for change and growth management, especially within SME's.
Some years later, I decided to enlarge my professional abilities within multinationals. This career choice sharpened my conceptual perception and enlarged my strategic competences. I noticed that also in large scale companies the operational factor is a crucial aspect throughout the process of growth and change. Indeed, being a business controller, I noticed that sales, people management and the internal organisation undergo a strong interaction - clearly affecting the financial results.
At present, I am looking forward to share my professional experience and my passion within several and varying companies.
